The Dream Journal
Rick Fonté chose to direct the world premier of IU MFA playwright John Drago’s The Dream Journal for his slot as producer of the Dark Alley Series at te BPP. It is a simple play about a woman who believes her husband is cheating on her so she decides to kill him, only problem is that it is all in her head.
One of the challenges of the Dark Alley series was performing a play on someone else’s set. Another, for this particular play, was that the stage ‘couple’ was couple in real life.
