Rick Fonté’s thesis production for Indiana University was the hyper-realistic Kenneth Lonergan play about children of the eighties. The set featured a working 1978 vcr, an atari, running water and individually selected record albums.

“They told me I had to do something small and realistic. I hate both of those things, so I made it as realistic as possible and even included several moments of stage time devoted to listen to or dancing to music.”
