Rick Fonté directed this Patrick Marber drama for his first ‘official’ IU production after seeing excellent productions at the Steppenwolf in New York and Austin a few years before.  He also flew to London on Spring break to take picture of all the locales in the script to use as set and slide images.  Rick really enjoyed working with the packed text and discussing every comma, hyphen, and ellipses but mostly working with four great actors who dedicated themselves to the play.  

“The funniest story about this experience was that there was a guy a year ahead of me who had his heart set on this play and I basically stole it out from under him because he was an actor and I was in the directing program.  Oh well.  Funny thing though, my back up choice was This Is Our Youth.”
